I agree that both sides are to a large intent extremists. On the Medical Industrial Complex side, they use fear-mongering in media and lobbying to control policy and ensure endless profits for themselves. On the demonstrations and convoys side (which I've attended to some degree) there's a lot of conspiracy theories and satanists. Funnily enough, religionists accuse those they disagree with of being "satanists", but the only true satanist is a religious believer, only religious people believe in Satan.
However this crazy on both sides does NOT mean that there are no world order forces at play. Of course there are world order forces at play. When clergy's ultimate reigns on power waned, the reigns of power fell strictly into the hands of the billionaire class. The billionaire class do set world policy, they do set domestic policy, they do set agricultural policy, they do set energy and banking policy. The Medical Industrial Complex (a real thing that social critics have understood for many decades) and the Military Industrial Complex (also a real thing that social critics have understood for many decades) really do set world policy.
They are no "evil", but they are not conspiracies.
