Is there any possibility that each of us is born with a particular, but rather boilerplate ideological spirit? Despite religious resistance, it seems rather clear that we're born with a certain sexual preference. It's not a choice. Could the same be true for ideology? Many secularists bristle at this notion, but I'm not convinced it's for the right reasons. Just throwing this out there as a thought experiment. Not expecting an answer. As I think we can agree, entrenched philosophically fallacy can be quite destructive.
