Yes, I feel like politicians and journalists are in echo chambers. I've also theorized that politicians are getting their information from pollsters or political informants who are also in echo chambers. I feel as if politicians have a skewed version of what the people want because when they get information from political focus groups, 1) people may not be honest with pressure to conform, and 2) the person studying the group and writing the report may have a bias.

Politicians and journalists spend most or all of their time in those bubbles and seemingly have no idea what other people think or do.

“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.”

C.S. Lewis

Mark, what you share is largely true. But though you are dismissive of the idea, there is a a small number of Bond villain types who do know they're lying. And know that most people, including those in positions of power themselves but below the Bond villain level who are endowed with the known fallen man characteristics of ominipotent busybodies who will and are tormenting us without end with the approval of their own conscience.

The Bond villain need only push one domino for the rest to fall in a pattern sociologists have devoted centuries of studying the human condition and our own government and research institutions have spent hundreds of billions of dollars over the years designing livability and healthy societal functioning plans on. The social and behavioral sciences use the mechanics of science to inform them of this truth. Maybe not knowing precisely how each individual domino will land in advance, but knowing the general pattern that will fall and produce an outcome if the first domino is pushed.

The good news is that humans are not dominos, and when sufficiently aroused some will begin to alter the pattern of dominos that have been set in place to break the chain and prevent the final outcome the Bond villain types have in mind for us. Because the Bond villain types do exist. And just like in the Bond movies, they are convinced they are acting for a greater good. As Stalin himself said, "Sometimes you need to break a few eggs to make an omelet." By eggs he meant skulls. And, "One death is a tragedy, one millions deaths is a statistic."

They will lie to us, "for our own good," as Fauci has said. The personification of evil is Satan, who must lie and deceive God's children to make his omelet. God has no use for lies, abhors lies and deception. Anyone who believes they must lie to others for their own good stands in league with the evil that Satan represents. The white lies of, "that dress doesn't make you look fat," not withstanding.

Within the group of persons promoting the medical tyranny yes there are those who believe what they are saying. That is the only way a large scale effort like this can work because if too many people are in teh know and having to lie the thing will fall apart. Information is compartmentalized and the further down the hierarchy the less truth is known, being replaced with a lie that the person either believes in or decides not to question.

You capture a percentage of those most versed in whatever the subject is and you use them to promote your agenda. They publish either misleading data that the less killed won't easily pickup on or they publish their findings without providing the data to back it up (or at least not all of the data) if its something that can't be hidden like with the covid vaccine testing. There's a very good reason they wanted to take 75 years to hand over all the information. Once that level has been captured those lower down become either full believers who then spread what they believe to be true and thus are not ling or they become a part of that percent who simply don't question it and promote it because either they're told to or it's their job to.

It's very much like a military operation. In a military operation the ground level soldiers aren't always fully in the know and they may even have been lied to about some or even all aspects of the mission. The end goal is to generate as many people as possible who genuinely believe in what's happening because the fewer who have to lie the less the risk of exposure and the better the odds at selling the rest of teh public on whatever it is that you're promoting. In this case it's medical tyranny. Before 2020 it was Climate Change and today it's the gene therapy drug being marketed as a vaccine.

They will tell you they were within their bubble. That they have been much more careful than the average person. That the rules are generally to be followed, and they are only breaking them in cases where they know it’s ok. But they can’t let us see that or it will set the wrong example and put greater society at risk. Etc. Etc. Humans are good at that shit! And good at MEANING IT!

Fair play. You're probably right. In a deep way, true believers of this sort are worse than outright liars. The falsity behind the true belief in it itself becomes that much harder to expose.
