1) This was always going to happen, the post event denials. Once the pro-covid crowd lost the battel it was only a matter of time before many would try and back their way out of previous positions.
2) If you read Greggs Tweet and the replies its gotten you can see many posting this exact same college of tweets and still he has defenders saying dumb shift like "We got your back [Gregg]". It's amazing how good the mind is at denial, how easily we can not believe our lying eyes if conditioned properly.
The thing of it is, it does not matter. People like this guy can say whatever they want on Twitter. He can always claim he is not a lawmaker or whatever. And frankly, what does it matter what he thinks? (Of hell, what I think?) If no one else believed lockdowns were a valid approach, we would not be here. What am I missing?
