Don't do it, Mark! We know life can sometimes be overwhelming. Just think of all that you have to live for! I promise you things will look better in the morning. Don't lose hope!

I absolutely love that Twitter can't see a joke!

I was suspended once for suggesting someone put a bag over their head rather than carry it. A paper bag!

Keep up the good work (when they let you back)!

Happened to me over an argument about Ukraine where I said “You’d rather Russia nuke the USA than enter peace negotiations?” The algo has no nuance.

I was suspended on social media (when I was still on it) for telling others to go play in traffic at rush hour. As if.

Mark - I take it you are suspended from Twitter for the tweet with "giving you enough rope to hang yourself" line?

Why we need to be careful with AI as it's not near as smart as we believe it to be, it can't distinguish nuances in language like this.

I got the same message when I tweeted that Fauci should be hung. But my account was reinstated after 12 hours.

the algorithm misses the irony

hahaha - As Musk works to make Twitter more efficient and less subject to biased moderation, there will be more algorithmic moderation. I suspect that this is an example of teething troubles.

FFS! "Giving them enough rope" is a figure of speech! Do they not grasp that?!?

Though I'm not surprised at this level of malignorance...I was once dinged by an admin on another forum for the correct use of the word 'niggardly'.

Don't be a racist, Edward.

Though we've never met, I am willing to bet that your residence contains a "master" bedroom. You just strike me as that sort of person.

Has the Canadian government and health departments, as well as that retailer, been suspended? Surely, they must have been! 🤔😏

Getting suspended from Twitter can be a blessing. Frees time for substack, telegram, rumble, etc And after spending time in less moderated places one might not bother to go back.

OMG yeah I got a similar 7 day ban for telling some Covidian to “go ahead and commit professional suicide”
