Mark - There may not be anything new to you in this but it's a very insightful read into how the medical/wellness system in the US has come to where it is. I came across it from Pierre Kory's (, MD, MPA) Substack:

General agreement from me. Overall structure and conflicts of interest tilt things towards centralization, and consequent disastrous results EVEN IF — and perhaps especially if — the powerful actors have good intentions.

'We' in this context means those committed to seeking and finding the truth.

That 'we' always was and always will be a minority.

Truth isn't power.

The truth will set you free and that's powerful for the one who knows it. But it's not power over other people (like slave owners) because it sets the people free.
