I was permanently banned about 3 weeks ago, no opportunity to have any dialogue about it. I was not even informed of the Tweet that supposedly went against their rules. This is the canned response I received when I disputed the suspension.:

Your account was permanently suspended due to multiple or repeat violations of the Twitter Rules: https://twitter.com/rules.
This account will not be restored.
This case will now be closed and replies will not be monitored.

So, today I tried filing a new appeal. I find it interesting that big accounts are being reinstated, accounts that say nothing different than us little guys say.
This is something to take pride in, to know that you've reached enough people to make someone at Twitter concerned enough to do this.
