Am I the only one incensed that Feigl-Ding is reporting on the horror of the China lockdowns after he pushed and defended lockdowns and authoritarian measures worldwide?!

Residents in #Shanghai screaming from high rise apartments after 7 straight days of the city lockdown. The narrator worries that there will be major problems. (in Shanghainese dialect—he predicts people can’t hold out much longer—he implies tragedy).
And here’s the Feigl-Ding we know, bizarrely unable to grasp that the problem is the draconian interventions, not the virus.

30) WELP—deniers can no longer deny that the crisis in Shanghai has hit a new level when even the US state department **orders** the evacuation of all Shanghai Consulate non essential employees and family.
Still think it’s just the flu? Still think food crisis not real? https://t.co/gTtU1vf5xn

Eric Feigl-Ding @DrEricDing
Your first mistake was thinking that the Dinger has a clue. Your second mistake was repeating your first mistake. Please be advised. People like Feigl-Ding, Leana Wen, Eric Topol, and a host of others will never--as in NEVER freaking ever--admit they were wrong. If they mention the folly of the interventions, they will caveat with something along the lines of, "what I had hoped would happen was not realized, despite our best intentions" or some B.S. like that.
Feigl-Ding's often make me see red. This one made me see redder.
