I actually did. Patients in our hospital were going outside and crossing a road, in freezing weather, to get their "fix."
As a former smoker, I thought it cruel.
Yes Mark I did, because the roll out unjustly affected patients I cared about, 90 year old fisherman smoked all his life, slapped in hospital AND restrained because he tried to get out of bed for a smoke, eventually did, fell and broke his hip other stories every bit as bed, perhaps even worse
