Reading through Fifth Circuit judgement on social media censorship and the First Amendment, which appears to unambiguously say social media does not have a right to muzzle the voices of its members.

Mark - With the ruling of Citizens United recognizing corporations as a person (if I understand the ruling correctly ) shouldn't that mean that when it comes to free speech the private corporation should be treated the same as if it was a person censoring the speech and not a business?
