Globally there are an estimated 2.6 billion Christians and around 2.07 billion Muslims, These are 2 competing beliefs and since they can't both be right it means at least 2.X billion people between just these 2 groups is wrong and that's a far larger number of than that of genuine Jew Haters. Even if you include people who are labeled as an antisemite to shut them up it's still a small number in comparison so yes these jew haters could all easily be wrong.
I'll go one further and say b/c most Muslims are mainly from low-IQ peoples/nations they are more likely to be wrong than right b/c of just how little intelligence they possess. Muslims don't really think but look instead to the local Iman for what to say think and believe.
That said, at least they do have the low-IQ excuse. How do so many who are not from low-IQ groups/nations so easily buy into the manufactured perspective of a nation state like America, or Israel? Both nations spend lots on defense both physically and digitally. Its in Israel's best interest that the world believe that throughout human history the Jews were abused and kicked out of every land they moved to solely b/c they were Jews and not for any other possible reason. It must be jew hatred b/c all peoples on the planet just hate Jews for being Jews otherwise why would any society push out that large a group of people who are bringing in wealth and job opportunities and who have a reputation for paying on time and every time.
If your city has 100 bars and 1 specific biker gang with a reputation of always paying their tab including covering cost of any damages they cause has been banned from all 100 bars while others haven't it's not b/c of who that 1 biker gang is but something they do , something they try very hard to hide. YES there are billions of genuine Jew Haters b/c there's at least 2 billion Muslims but not everyone group of people who at some point in history have driven Jews out of their lands did so b/c they hate Jews as a religious group. It's bb/c of something they did and seem to do everywhere they go and its constant enough that it always pisses off the other native groups.

Hating is always wrong.
Hate is never a thing to condone or approve of. It simply shows a weakness and a lack of self-love.
The amount of haters says nothing about the thing they hate as much as what it says about the haters.
