Digital Strategy? Or Digital Manipulation?

Here’s Rob Flaherty, Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Digital Strategy at The White House, in a July 20, 2021, email to Google complaining about insufficient censorship of vaccine-skeptical video suggestions at YouTube.
