It is my better side that agrees with this. My instinctive side says sometimes ignoring our better sides is called for. Constantly being bullied, punched, without fighting back emboldens the bully. When The Coward of The County decides not to turn the other cheek and walk away from trouble. And fighting back is being a man. Protecting himself and the community from serial abuse.

Yes, I know, there is great peril for freedom in enjoining the fight. Along with Hypocrisy is Thy Name and all. But what's been done clearly isn't working. That definition of insanity thing.

I "Liked" this post because it appeals to my better side. But I'm also fresh out of turning the other cheek...and bubble gum.
