Our emotionally expressive book about emotional expressions
Finished the audio book of Expressly Human
Thanks to all the support from the Team Reality community for pre-ordering my upcoming book — Expressly Human: Decoding the Language of Emotion — which may be what spurred interest from an audio book company. It may be my sixth book, but it’s my first audio book.
Today I finished recording the audio version. And I was ecstatic that I was able to be the one who reads it. The very point of the book is that emotional expressions are our main language, and any other reader (besides my co-author, Tim Barber) would simply not read it with the right expressiveness.
You can order the full book at Amazon or B&N.
And, really, you’ll want some visual variant of it in addition to the audio book, lest you aren’t able to see the grand unifying tables of emotional expressions, or, as we call it, the Period Table of Emotional Expressions, also orderable as a wall-mountable canvas piece of art in support of our research at FreeX.
I don't know how I feel about this...
