Iran digital block opens, flood of stories and epic disappointment

Friends inside Iran, after two weeks without any digital connection, can barely believe — and they stress this again and again — that we Iranians outside are still talking about it.
Inside Iran there is a profound, almost unbearable disappointment. They believed the world had forgotten them. Life goes on, but with so many dead, so many wounded, and so many avoiding hospitals out of fear.
They also tell me they see groups of foreign Iraqi and Arab terrorists—openly present, even eating at malls. Iranians pass by, knowing exactly who they are and what they’ve done, and yet are powerless to act.
Above are a sample of the endless stories erupting from Iranians suddenly able to connect after two weeks. 💔
