Email from friend who visited DC and was shunned as unclean

“the in group/out group formation is real. last week we made a very distressing visit to Washington, DC, where the joggers are double masked and it's normal to see people walking alone with masks. we were there for the burial of my nephew, another casualty of lockdown (proximate cause was fentanyl.)

all relatives of the sister-in-law side wore masks to the burial service and refused to speak to me and [my wife] because they heard we were not vaxed. when we were at a safe distance (30-40 feet) they removed masks. this was outside at cemetery.”

If your own family will treat you as infectious scum, imagine what strangers and your government will do to you.

Unfortunately, we don’t have to imagine.
