“The government is correct about one thing—the public needs accurate information about covid-19. But it is woefully wrong to presume that it is the sole source of that information and the final judge or what is or is not correct.
The district court ruling should be reversed and remanded to allow Plaintiffs-Appellants to proceed with the litigation of their claims.”
