A research institute that dares to innovate
Support free expression while simultaneously freeing emotional expressions
As many of you know, we started a research institute devoted to understanding the role of free expression in a free society, and part of that is to understand psycho-societal forces more generally, like mass hysteria.
That institute is called FreeX, or the Free Expression Group. I talk about its launch here in this Moment video below, and also in this piece at the Federalist.
As a researcher that left normal academia to maintain my research independence (something which has also been a blessing when the world got turned upside down last year), I don’t take a university salary, and we have been grateful to have so many supporters donating to FreeX.
But, rather than just allowing donations, we decided to be more proactive. If we’re so good at grasping human expression, can we help YOU better grasp human expression?
Well, our upcoming book will do exactly that. Available now for preorder at Amazon, EXPRESSLY HUMAN is a grand unifying theory of emotional expressions, and after reading it you’ll grasp what they’re all about, and how they amount to a universal language of negotiation for social creatures.
But we’ve been involved with emotions for longer than that. There’s my 2006 discovery, also discussed in my book VISION REVOLUTION, that our color vision is for seeing blushes, blanches and emotions on naked skin. And that discovery led to a patent and technology company, VINO OPTICS, which produces the world’s only vein finder glasses, and colorblindness glasses that actually augment color as nature intended.
Although historically we focused on medical personnel and color deficients, we NOW have our first line of sunwear for everyone, with the only lenses on Earth augmenting our natural emotional intuition.
Billion dollar sunwear companies claim to have color enhancing glasses, but they’re just shifting hues hither and thither, with no grasp of the design and function of our color vision.
Only our small VINO OPTICS lab even tries to augment color correctly. Because the scientists at our lab are behind the 2006 seminal discovery about what color vision is for.
